Amazing Cocktails

The bar at the hotel served some of the best cocktails I've ever had. Their homemade ginger beer made the Moscow Mule exquisite! The live jazz added a magical touch to our evenings there. It truly enhanced our overall experience of New Orleans.

Accessible Relaxation

The heated pool area in the courtyard was inviting and made for a lovely retreat. It had easy access and was designed to be welcoming for all guests. I enjoyed soaking in the warm water after a long day exploring the city.

Ghost Tour Fun

The hotel has fantastic amenities, including a beautiful pool area and a great bar, along with outstanding customer service from the staff who truly made an effort to ensure a memorable stay. However, my experience with the room cleanliness and noise from the street detracted from what could have been an exceptional visit. I really appreciated the efficient check-in process, but I did face some challenges with the room conditions that could use improvement.
